How long have you been in business?
Cygen Divine Designs has been in business since 2022 and is an online boutique.

What are your hours of operation?
We're open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Who are your shipping carriers?
We deliver with USPS, FedEx, Asendia, and DHL to give customers the best possible shipping experience.

Do you ship internationally? Unfortunately, we currently do not ship internationally. 

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and prepaid cards. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay.

Where are returns sent?
Please get in touch with the owner via email at [email protected] with up to 3 pictures of the misprinted/damaged/defective product.

How do I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed. You are more than welcome to return your packaged item(s) to the return address provided. We will gladly refund the money due to you.
